Authority vs Haughtority

True authority in the church is derived from a humility and a fear of the Lord.

“Haughtority” is the state where people have propped themselves up by their insecurities to reign and be lords over others. It is a sad thing even more so when it exists in the church.

It is time to put away the strange doctrines that have infiltrated the Church and get back to the WAY.

Autism- giant must fall!

Autism is an epidemic. It is affecting 1 in 45 children. That is devastating. It is an attack on a generation.

We need to pray for a miracle cure for this disease. It is not something to be taken lightly.

These children are filled with chaos. They are in so much pain. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Many times, the symbol for autism is parts of a jigsaw puzzle. This is symbolic of the apparent disconnect in the lives of these precious children. Chaos reigns in their lives.

Let us pray, intercede for deliverance. We need to break the chains for a generation.

Amen

Trust GOD always!

Reading 1 Corinthians 2

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

But as it is written:

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

Faith works with patience

James 1: 2- 8: My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

God will give justice speedily!

Luke 18:1-8

Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not become discouraged, saying, “In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect any person. Now there was a widow in that city, and she kept coming to him, saying, ‘Give me justice against my opponent.’ For a while he was unwilling; but later he said to himself, ‘Even though I do not fear God nor respect any person, yet because this widow is bothering me, I will give her justice; otherwise by continually coming she will wear me out.’” And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unrighteous judge *said; now, will God not bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night, and will He delay long for them? I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?”

HAVE FAITH IN GOD!!

Reading Psalm 2

Why are the nations restless

And the peoples plotting in vain?

The kings of the earth take their stand

And the rulers conspire together

Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying,

Let’s tear their shackles apart

And throw their ropes away from us!”

He who sits in the heavens laughs,

The Lord scoffs at them.

Then He will speak to them in His anger

And terrify them in His fury, saying,

But as for Me, I have installed My King

Upon Zion, My holy mountain.”

“I will announce the decree of the LORD:

He said to Me, ‘You are My Son,

Today I have fathered You.

‘Ask it of Me, and I will certainly give the nations as Your inheritance,

And the ends of the earth as Your possession.

‘You shall break them with a rod of iron,

You shall shatter them like earthenware.’”

Now then, you kings, use insight;

Let yourselves be instructed, you judges of the earth.

Serve the LORD with reverence

And rejoice with trembling.

Kiss the Son, that He not be angry and you perish on the way,

For His wrath may be kindled quickly.

How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!

In HIS TIME, GOD Answers!

Judges 16: 23-31

Now the governors of the Philistines assembled to offer a great sacrifice to Dagon their god, and to celebrate, for they said, “Our god has handed Samson our enemy over to us.” When the people saw him, they praised their god, for they said,

“Our god has handed our enemy over to us, Even the destroyer of our country, Who has killed many of us.” It so happened when they were in high spirits, that they said, “Call for Samson, that he may amuse us.” So they called for Samson from the prison, and he entertained them. And they made him stand between the pillars. Then Samson said to the boy who was holding his hand, “Let me feel the pillars on which the house rests, so that I may lean against them.” Now the house was full of men and women, and all the governors of the Philistines were there. And about three thousand men and women were on the roof looking on while Samson was entertaining them.

Then Samson called to the LORD and said, “Lord GOD, please remember me and please strengthen me just this time, O God, that I may at once take vengeance on the Philistines for my two eyes.” Then Samson grasped the two middle pillars on which the house rested, and braced himself against them, the one with his right hand and the other with his left. And Samson said, “Let me die with the Philistines!” And he pushed outwards powerfully, so that the house fell on the governors and all the people who were in it. And the dead whom he killed at his death were more than those whom he killed during his lifetime. Then his brothers and all his father’s household came down and took him, and brought him up and buried him between Zorah and Eshtaol in the tomb of his father Manoah. So he had judged Israel for twenty years.
